The techies from the geek world, Japan have launched three devoted Google Play vending machines which have facility to provide a mix of free-to-play and paid-for titles games and each machine will sell 18 different games.
Now, android lovers can enjoy a cool way to download apps with help of vending machines besides using them just for getting articles like food, drinks, or cigarettes. Japan is primarily famous for three things— vending machines, weird games and anime. Using this fact Google aims to use first one as its marketing strategy.
As per reports shared by Engadget, android users can download or purchase 18 different games, the number is expected to rise soon.
Specifications of this machine:
- All users must have a smartphone, at least with android 4.0 ice cream sandwich or NFC-enabled phone running android 4.0.
- Android 4.0 enabled smartphone needs to placed below the machine’s touch screen display- the selected game will start loading onto your phone and simultaneously an entertaining animation plays on the screen.
- Need not to worry if you are not an android user. Vending machine will offer you Nexus 4 option to try out.
